Abstract : THE IMPACT OF RECRUITMENT TECHNOLOGY ON HIRING EFFICIENCY
This study examines the impact of recruitment technology on hiring efficiency, focusing on its effects on time-to-hire, candidate quality, and overall recruitment outcomes. A survey design is employed due to its effectiveness in collecting data from a diverse population. A sample size of 330 respondents is derived using Taro Yamane's formula to ensure representativeness. The case study is conducted in Abuja, targeting a tech company that utilizes advanced recruitment technology. The reliability coefficient score of 0.88 indicates high reliability. Findings suggest that recruitment technology significantly enhances hiring efficiency by reducing time-to-hire and improving candidate quality. Recommendations include investing in advanced recruitment technologies and providing training for HR personnel to effectively utilize these tools.
